2. In attendance: Jim Staskiewicz, Connie Muckelberg, Bill Jaeger, Paul Kuhn, J.R. Bartelt, Jeff Ewald. Guest present: Michele Sadauskas. 3. The minutes of October 18, 2011 were approved as corrected and the minutes for the November 20, 2011 meeting were placed on file. 4. The following lake associations reported as follows: a. Pickerel Lake reported 8” of ice on the lake. b. Tom Doyle Lake recently stocked 500 6” walleye; they plan on installing 5 more cribs; TD also reports a stubborn beaver has set up housekeeping on the landing. c. Two Sisters Lake reports that their stakeholder survey was being tabulated and that the response rate was over 68%. d. Lake Mildred reports that their stakeholder surveys are being tabulated and are waiting for the interpretation from Onterra. e. Flannery/Velvet Lake recently sent out a newsletter including a dues statement and the response has been very good. 5. After discussion the committee decided to pursue the concept of a Welcome Bag with pertinent materials in it. Committee members will brainstorm what should be included and come prepared to the January meeting to agree on its contents. We also discussed targeting two lakes outside of our committee to use as ‘guinea pigs’ to test the response to such a venture. That, too, will be discussed in January. 6. Michele Sadauskas reported that some lakes and some town lakes associations have begun a “What to Do” list if an invasive species is found in a particular lake. She will email out examples for us to discuss at our next meeting. 7. On a motion by Jim Staskiewicz and a second by J.R. Bartelt the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 pm. The next meeting will be on January 17, 2012 at 5:30 at the Town Hall. Respectfully submitted,

Scott Eshelman, Chair
