Abstract
This research contains four chapters. In the first chapter slang and its history are
defined, as well the elements that form its communicating dimension and features, which
are presented in every kind of slang, and I quote them, every single one thoroughly. In
the same chapter, I study the borrowing phenomenon as well the reasons why most
languages borrow from English language making it master language.
In the second chapter, I analyze vocabularies form targeting in their elements that
come from marginal vocabularies. Later the reader is introduced in the semantic part of
this study, which is the main part of the language use.
In the third chapter, is studied the meaning of culture and person in the formation
of marginal language because its against many rules of science and knowledge.
Finally, in fourth and last chapter, I make my conclusions, after further study of
elements I collected during my research of slang vocabularies.

Conclusions
The most immediate conclusion is that all of the three languages impact a
common social context in which the slang vocabulary is created. For example slang is as
critical as caustic. Also English language is dominant because borrows the other two
languages. On the other hand derivation is common feature. The difference is that French
and Greek languages contain suffixes which are not used in their general vocabulary. In
addition neologisms are a total phenomenon. Therefore clippings are more often in
French and English languages while Greek language starts to imitate them. Acronyms
seem to be neologism devise which appear the same frequency in specific vocabularies
(ex. Military slang). Compounding has more variety in Greek language, while blending is
more common in English and French languages but also create more often understanding
problems. As a unique phenomenon seems to be syllable metathesis in the Greek
language. Then in semantic level monosemy appears in neologism words while polysemy
identifies most of the vocabularies. Meanwhile augmentatives and diminutives suffixes

/vocabulaire argotique/slang vocabulary

have interest because in Greek language change the lexemes meaning driving it negative
(mostly in bad vocabulary). On the other hand synonymy is hard to be completely found
because often cannot be attributed a meaning with a single word. Metaphor is used the
same way. Other basic elements that determine the speech are character, gender, age and
education while cultural context is unique for every language, as new species of slangs
(that dont already exist) appear.
Finally taboo words are often used in order to shock. Greek language mostly
insult divine, English language mostly insult genital organs and homosexuality and the
French one insult sexual preferences and sex. At this point euphemisms conscript to make
speech easier using words that dont shock while the talker expresses what he/she wants.
In addition is revealed that every language defines its own pragmatic view which is
connected with communication and covers the extralinguistic reality.
