PB/ Kagawad receives info (orally or in writing) from concerned individual or neighbor Victim reports incident to PB/ Kagawad/ PNP station PB/ Kagawad any concerned individual goes to the area & enters the dwelling, verifies incident PB/ Kagawad makes a warrantless arrest of perpetrator and confiscates weapons & refers case to nearest PNP station  PB/ Kagawad/ PNP interviews client & witness & informs victim/s of her/ their rights  PNP arrests perpetrator
