Hemoglobin (Hb) Analysis - Instrument - Principle : : Variant II, Cappillary Hb analysis is a test to screen for thalassaemia and other hemoglobin abnormalities. The test includes full blood count for the red blood cell including examination of peripheral blood, reticulocyte count, examination of red blood cell indices for H inclusion, iron status evaluation and Hb electrophoresis and quantification of HbA2 as well as HbF.
