Not to secede from the Union at any time
To agree with the principles: Non-disintegration of the Union, Non-disintegration of
National Solidarity and Perpetuation of the National Sovereignty
Cooperation in economic and development programmes in accordance with law
Cooperation against drugs
To set up parties and enter elections
To amend the constitution within the Parliament in accordance with the consent of
the majority
To enter the legal fold for good in order to establish lasting peace and to reside,
move, work and live in accordance with the constitution
To agree upon transformation into a single military organization in accordance with
the constitution
