My 2005 disclosure report described in detail the agreement with St. Martin’s Press to publish a book titled “Take This Job and Ship It!” That agreement called for two installments of the advance payment to occur in 2006, First was a $27,625 payment on February 14, 2006, (on acceptance of final manuscript) and second a payment in July 2006 (on the publication date) of $27,625. Both of those payments were received from St. Martin’s Press on the dates listed.
