Dr Bill Deagle MD 15/08/2006 There exist a wide variety of mindcontrol drugs, included in foods, water supplies, prescription medications, the atmosphere, and other substances ingested or inhaled by the mass population of the Earth. Among these, some of the most prevalent and impacting are food additives, such as artificial sweeteners, and antidepressant medication, particularly serotonergics. There also many technological mindcontrol methods being employed. For general mindcontrol of the population, ELF, Microwave and RF transmissions are used. Cybernetic implants are also used for some specifically programmed individuals. 1 There are places where the technological/electromagnetic forms of mindcontrol overlap with the biochemical methods. An example is the artificial sweetener, aspartame. Aspartame was discovered by James M. Schlatter, a chemist working for G.D. Searle & Company. He was looking for a new antiulcer drug. It was a serendipitous lick of his chemicallylaced finger that led him to take note of the peculiar sweetness of the substance. It was very sweet indeed: over 200 times sweeter than sugar. 2 It wasn’t long before Searle and Company were pushing for the marketing of this drug as an artificial sweetener. However, the FDA were reluctant to approve this substance without further research into its effects. Some preliminary research showed that it caused brain tumors. It would appear that there was no hope for aspartame as a sweetener, as no one would approve of its use. 3 Somewhere along the line, however, the CIA and the U.S. Defense Department became involved. Searle and Hoffman LaRoche were both directly involved in CIA mindcontrol drug research under Project MKULTRA and other mindcontrol research projects. At this time, the CIA was very interested in mindcontrol of the masses. The evidence shows that they are equally as interested now, if not more so. One of the drugs that they were deeply interested in was LSD. This was among many thousands of others which were used in experiments on unwitting “human subjects”. 4
Hoffman LaRoche was bought out by I.G. Farben, the Nazi chemical giant, before the outbreak of World War II. It was the manufacturer of the mindcontrol drug, Valium, which launched in 1963. 5 By breaking down into phenylalanine and methanol, aspartame increases the phenylalanine concentration in the brain. The form of phenylalanine produced by the breakdown of aspartame cannot be easily broken down, i.e. by phenylalanine hyroxylase. Thus, phenylalanine builds up in the bloodstream, crossing the bloodbrain barrier. Phenylalanine lowers the threshold for action potential in individual neurons, thus increasing their susceptibility to random firing. This can result in seizures in those prone to them, or in extended spike waves, as shown on EEG, due to longer excitation of neurons. 6 7 For this reason, U.S. Air Force pilots have been banned from drinking diet soft drinks or other substances containing aspartame. It has been shown in studies that the consumption of such substances during the First Gulf War resulted in epileptic seizures in several pilots. More importantly, Aspartame itself crosses the bloodbrain barrier and bonds to the glutamate receptor. This itself lowers the action potential threshold of neurons in the brain. Thus, regardless of temperature (which is required for significant quantities of aspartame to break down), aspartame will have the same basic effect. 8 To the CIA, the desired effect is that aspartame makes the brain more susceptible to programming by ELF (extra low frequency) transmission. This is because, with a lower average action potential threshold, the brain more easily “locks on” to the ELF signal. In effect, an ELF pulse of between 113hz can induce specific neuron impulse frequencies. Specific frequencies are directly associated with specific emotions. Even more, specific transmissions can subconsciously implant the interference patterns associated with the holographic brainimprint of sights, sounds, memories, and thoughts. 9 There are various ELF and RF (radio frequency) mindcontrol devices in use by the United States government at this time. Numerous patents exist on these technologies dating back to the 1950s 10 11 12 13 14. In addition, the Soviet Union began experimenting with ELF for mindcontrol purposes in the 1950s. 15 Via the Wernicke Area, the part of the brain which is involved in the formulation of linguistic and musical ideas and patterns; words, commands, and subconscious programming can be downloaded into the human brain. As an ulcer drug, aspartame was next to worthless. As a mindcontrol drug, however, as CIA scientists at Searle discovered, it was highly effective at decreasing the overall ability of the individual to resist electromagnetic mindcontrol.
In 1981, then President Ronald Reagan fired the FDA Commissioner and replaced him with Arthur Hull Hayes, a Defense Department contractor with ties to the CIA. This was almost wholly the result of lobbying by the CEO of G.D. Searle and Co. At that time, the CEO of Searle was none other than Donald Rumsfeld, the former (13th) Secretary of Defense under MKULTRAinvolved Gerald Ford. Rumsfeld was himself also directly involved in the administration of MKULTRA, although most of the documents relating to his involvement were destroyed in the 1970s for fear of public outcry. This was during the time of the socalled “Church Hearings”, in which MKULTRA was partially, but minimally, exposed, under the Freedom of Information Act, much to the horror of the American people. 16 Arthur Hull Hayes was more than happy to approve of aspartame’s public use as a sweetener, as he himself had more than a little to gain from his Illuminati masters. His own Council of Commissioners, however, specifically advised him, “Do Not Approve of Aspartame”. At the behest of the WindsorRockefeller militaryindustrial complex, however, he totally disobeyed their warnings, and approved of aspartame’s use in, for instance, carbonated soft drinks. He left the FDA in 1983 to work for Searle as a senior public relations consultant at their advertising agency, BursonMarsteller. 17 18 19 At that time (early 1980s), the CEO of Coca Cola, Roberto C. Goizueta, was a regular Bilderberg Group attendee. It was at a Bilderberg meeting that he was encouraged to oversee the use of aspartame as the sweetener in Diet Coke. In addition, he became a member of the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) and remained a member until his death in 1997. 20 21 Within a decade, aspartame, under the Monsantocontrolled brand name, NutraSweet, or Equal, became commonplace in diners, and in the bloodstreams of Americans, Europeans, and Japanese. The enormous quantities of phenylalanine produced by only a single can of Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi are staggering. 22Approximately 2% of all aspartame in the body easily crosses the bloodbrain barrier and locks on to the glutamate receptor. This amount can increase if the temperature of the aspartame solution is high (causes accelerated breakdown of aspartame into phenylalanine and methanol). The average can of Diet Coke contains 200mL of aspartame. Do the math. It would appear that, as many have stated, Diet Coke and Pepsi are poisonous to the human body. 23 In addition to its applications in mindcontrol, aspartame has been shown to cause disorders ranging from mental retardation, to seizures, to arthritis and blindness (due to the effects of methanol on the optic nerve). Symptoms of multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue, rheumatoid arthritis, depression, mood swings, and irritability, have all been
linked to aspartame consumption, and shown to improve when consumption is terminated. 24 Aspartame can also cause brain cancer. 25 But without aspartame, what do we do for a sweetener? How to we stay thin and still consume sweet foods? There are actually dozens of safe, available, natural alternatives to aspartame (and sucralose (Splenda) is not one of them), among them are stevioside (stevia) (a protein that is 300x the sweetness of sugar) 26 and thaumatin (a protein that is over 2000x the sweetness of sugar). Unfortunately for Americans, stevia has been banned in the United States, by the FDA, under the dictatorial influence of the Monsanto corporation. Following this event, many of the commissioners who had been involved in this ban left the FDA to work for Nutrasweet! 27 Conclusion: Aspartame is NOT safe for human consumption, and should be banned immediately. The fact that the corrupt and Illuminaticontrolled Monsanto corporation profits from it is not reason enough to keep it on the market. It has no applications except in mindcontrol.

It has also been shown that rats experience a significant increase in clonictonic seizures when exposed to aspartame. PMID: 2974654 [PubMed indexed for MEDLINE] http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi? cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=2974654&query_hl=12
Aspartame is a tripeptidephenylanylaspartylglutamic acid which crosses the bloodbrain barrier, locks onto the glutamate receptor. Excessive NMDA receptor activation of action potentials fires neurons by lowering the AP action potential threshold.

Lowering the neuron action potential threshold can activate apoptosis or programmed cell death. Neurons that survive have damaged DNA with chromatin clumping on SEM microscopy. Multicentric astrocytoma glioma brain cancer rates have risen 10% per decade in all age groupsin America and other nations that consume aspartame. University of Washington, Seattle head of Neuropathology Department scientist proved this with brain cultured neurons and identified these changes in independent research by 1978, fully two years before aspartame was approved by Arthur Hull Hayes of the FDA.
“After Stevia was banned, several of members of the FDA board left their jobs. They were all hired at the Nutrasweet Company (a Monsanto subsidiary) in higher pay jobs, according to National (government) records. This has been criticized as a legal bribe by Nutrasweet to the FDA, to ban Stevia (then Nutrasweet's main competitor) in the U.S.” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stevioside
