1. Arrive early if you like, stay late if you can, but please arrive on time. 2.

If you are injured or hurt, you must tell us by email so we can respond to you appropriately and also alert the rest of our Coaches. We can work around your injury and in a lot of cases be a part of making it better – but we need to know about it! 3. There is no “Open Gym”. At CFCC the purpose of the class format is to give you what your membership is worth - you pay to have us give you feedback, encouragement, and the safety of our company. If you need extra practice on your weaknesses, email us directly to find out what options are available to you. 4. Please drop your weights (barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc.) to save yourself, but when you are able, simply put them down (even in the middle of the metcon). 5. The Coaches reserve the right to modify the workout at any time. We like doing things as prescribed (as rx’d) as much as anybody but when life, emergencies, or general fairness requires it, we promise to do what’s best for everyone and sometimes this means doing something different than planned. 6. Grunting, screaming, and noise-making are welcome, and encouraged during a workout but please remember that there can be such a thing as too loud, gross, or rude – please be respectful. 7. Clean up after yourself and if you are contagious, stay home. Wipes will be provided and anytime you leave any kind of bodily fluid around (yep, we’ve seen it all) these wipes will contain bleach and do the job of cleaning up anything very well – as long as you actually use them. Please wipe down your equipment after you use it! This includes chalk marks too! 8. Be aware of your surroundings and as a matter of lifting etiquette refrain from walking in front of anyone who is in the middle of moving heavy loads. 9. Be strict with yourself and your standards. You’re worth it. 10. Have fun! Fo’ real. This is a community of some wonderfully quirky people and to not take advantage of the great joy that this place can bring you would be to miss the point.
