2 litres soyabean milk 3 litres water 400g sugar 1 packet agaragar powder (swallow brand, colourless) 500g coffeemate
Pour the soyabean milk, water, sugar and agar agar powder into a large pot and boil over normal fire. Keep stirring till mixture boils. After it has boiled, turn off the fire and add 500g coffeemate. Stir well to prevent residue of coffeemate from forming. Scoop bubbles off surface to ensure smooth surface (Optional; we are often lazy to do so :P) Pour into containers and put in fridge for a few hours or overnight. Remove from fridge and ENJOY! :D
*It is very IMPT to keep stirring the mixture and ensure that it boils!(with lotsa bubbles on the surface; if not the mixture will not solidify)
