This is a photo of me and my boyfriend at a party that iv edited on Photoshop. I have edited this photo by using film grain. I only used the film grain tool on me and my boyfriend and keep the background as normal without any editing to make us stand out. I like this effect as it really stands out and brings out all the different shades of blonde in my hair. I liked this technique as it looks like an artist had just painted it.

This is a photo of my boyfriend and me on holiday in Devon at a sea front. I edited this photo on Photoshop and what I used to edit the effects was paint daubs. I edited the whole photo but I used the history brush tool and rubbed the effect off the hills and house behind us to stand them out. I chose this technique as it made the photo look like a painting and looked effective.

This is another photo of us on holiday on the sea front again in Devon. I edited the photo on the right using a technique called Texturizer filter. I used this technique because I thought it made the photo look effective. I like this photo all together because of the detailed and colourful background. This effect does dim the brightness of the sunset a bit though.

The technique that I used for this photo was a filter called Grain and I experimented with the strength of the photo and decided that this would be suitable for the look I was trying to achieve. I also cropped out the bottom part of the photo and got rid of part the bench to make the photo look nicer with just the scenery of a garden behind us.

The technique that I used for this photo was a black and white effect and I experimented with different shading as well so I used the history tool to unshade the black on the red light on the table to make it look less boring and I also did the same technique on me and Dan. I also experimented with the size of the photo and decided that the cropped size would be suitable for the look Im achieving. It also gives of the rule of thirds effect.
