1- 16 Oz. Box of Pasta, (Ziti or Rigatoni) 1- 26 Oz. Jar of Pasta Sauce 6 Slices of Provolone Cheese 1- 8 Oz. Bag of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Cooking Spray

Fill the large pot with water, (about 6 cups). Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bring the water to a boil. Add pasta to the boiling water and allow to cook for about 10 minutes, (or until pasta is soft). Drain pasta in the sink by pouring into the strainer. Spray baking with cooking spray so that all of the sides and bottom are covered. Pour the pasta and the jar of sauce in the large pot and mix together. Spoon a thin layer of pasta into the baking pan. Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese over the pasta in the baking pan. Spoon a second layer of pasta over the cheese. Layer the provolone cheese on top of the 2nd layer of pasta. Add the rest of the pasta to the baking dish. Spread the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the pasta. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Put the ziti in the oven for 30 minutes, (set the timer). After 30 minutes in the oven, remove the aluminum foil from the baking dish and bake 10 more minutes so that the cheese on top gets a little bit crusty, (set the timer). 17. Remove the baking dish from the oven and serve, (use oven mitts).

Put away all left-overs in a sealed container and store in the fridge, (keeps about 4 days safely). Clean the baking dish and pots with soap and water, then dry and put away. Wash all dishes that were used, do not leave them to sit.
