04.10.2009 ATHENS, Greece (CNN) -- Greece's opposition Socialist party on
Sunday defeated the incumbent center-right government of Prime Minister Kostas
Karamanlis, as Socialist leader George Papandreou promised to chart a new course
for an economic comeback.

Sunday's national elections were held two years before originally scheduled.
Karamanlis called the elections in response to pressure from Papandreou's
Panhellenic Socialist Movement of Greece, which threatened to block the election
of a president in February if no general election was held. The Greek constitution
requires the two major parties to agree on the election of a president, giving either
party an effective veto.
Karamanlis' term was not due to expire until September 2011. But Papandreou
insisted on new elections before the end of President Karolos Papoulias' term as
president.
The country's ailing economy was the focus in the run up to the elections, as both
candidates offered conflicting prescriptions to revive it. While Karamanlis called for
cuts in spending, Papandreou proposed a massive stimulus.

If taxes are increased to the middle class, this will consequently reduce purchasing power,
deepen the recession and bring the vicious cycle of collapse. Our commitment is NO new
taxes on the low and middle class.
It is vital that the economy is restarted, otherwise, there will be an even greater borrowing
need and less revenue in the state coffers.
This is when the middle class and the businessman will be forced to commit tax evasion in
order to save themselves from ruin.
We do not seek alibis or excuses. Our commitments will be met. We know, as do the
markets, that the situation is much worst than the official figures. Again, we stress that our
commitments need to be met. Only then will the economy be able to restart thus gradually
increasing tax revenues.
We will protect the reliability and the validity of our country.
In contrast to what this government has done, our goal is to not burden the economy with
huge amounts of new debt."

A Proclamation
Among Greece's most cherished and revered contributions to mankind are the ideals of
freedom and democracy. Because these ideals have played a central role in the history of our
Nation, it is most fitting that we observe a day in celebration of Greek independence and of
our shared love of democracy.
One hundred and sixty-six years ago, inspired by the legacy of liberty and democracy left
them by their ancestors, the Greek people began a long struggle in which they regained
freedom. The same legacy has inspired many peoples throughout history. Those who framed
our Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution whose bicentennial we celebrate this
year, drew upon the political and philosophical experience of the ancient Greeks and their
followers through the centuries.
By joining in the independence celebration of the Greek people, we pay special tribute to the
democratic values that we in the United States, together with our friends and allies such as
Greece, are committed to defend.
The Congress, by Public Law 99 - 532, has designated March 25, 1987, as ``Greek
Independence Day: A National Day of Celebration of Greek and American Democracy'' and
has authorized and requested the President to issue a proclamation in observance of this
event.
Now, Therefore, I, Ronald Reagan, President of the United States of America, do hereby
proclaim March 25, 1987, as Greek Independence Day: A National Day of Celebration of
Greek and American Democracy, and I urge all Americans to join in appropriate ceremonies
and activities to salute the Greek people and Greek independence.

" Open letter to Members of the Greek parliament
Before voting the draft law ON EMERGENCY MEASURES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE MEDIUM TERM FISCAL STRATEGY FRAMEWORK FOR THE YEARS 2012 - 2015
( The Medium - term Plan), please be informed that:
a) On June 20, 2011 I filled a criminal complaint- denunciation, charging mister George
Papandreou for High Treason and other criminal , personal and public, offenses and proved
that, without the slightest doubt, the impugned sued acquired illegally and fraudulently the
leadership of PASOK and the governance of the country. For these reasons and based on the
claims included in the lawsuit, all agreements concluded by Greece from October 2009
onwards are invalid for lack of legal representation of the country during the negotiation and
conclusion. Therefore, void is the Loan Facility Agreement and the Memorandum of
Understanding as an integral part of the above as well as by itself. (See art 6. of the Preamble

b) The Loan Facility Agreement is an international convention, but in violation of Article
28.1 was implemented without ratification by parliament. As you know, the draft law on
ratification, was deposed for editing in 06.04 2010, but has never passed. cf.

c) The Loan Facility Agreement, in full violation of the Constitution, ceded sovereignty to
foreign powers in return for a 110 billion loan. This act is unbelievable, unimaginable and
ultimate treason of the country and its people, and so the contract is void, and as a product
of a criminal act.
Illustrative quote from my criminal complaint- denunciation:
" Loan Facility Agreement (between Greece, european countries and IMF) 8 May 2010
Art 14 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
sec 1.This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection
with it shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law.
Sec 5th "The Borrower hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives all immunity to
which it is or may become entitled, in respect of itself or its assets, from legal proceedings in
relation to this Agreement, including, without limitation, immunity from suit, judgement or
other order, from attachment, arrest or injunction prior to judgement, and from execution
and enforcement against its assets to the extent not prohibited by mandatory law.
However, immunity is a rule of international law that guarantees the property is unseizable ,
extraterritoriality is given and the right to exercise sovereignty undisputed indicates that the
impugned sued decided to seek and get loans in exchange for national sovereignty, act other
than humiliating, insulting and highly degrading for both myself and all the Greeks, besides
constitutes an incredible usurpation of people sovereignty and powers arising from it. In
other words high treason. This is because neither the prime minister nor the government nor
the Bank of Greece that were our "representation" in this transaction have been mandated by
us. By the Greek people that is. And they could never have it, not only because no Greek
agrees with this ignominy, but because such a decision needs permission of all ancestors and
all our descendants, as the country belongs to them as well and not only to us. "
Invalid Convention means void Memorandum void medium-term framework.
d) When Mr Papandreou resorted to the support mechanism (Troika) , there was no risk of
bankruptcy of the country as he falsely claimed, as Greece had one of the smallest external
debts in the world, had a multitude of other advantages making easy the management of any
financial problems, comfortably covering the needs of paying salaries and pensions and to
refinance debt of general government could borrow from financial markets, like all western
countries. At that time simply was borrowing too expensively and that's because he took
previously care, with his statements and acts to cause artificial raising of lending rates to the
country. Therefore, the recourse to Troika was not necessary and unavoidable, but deliberate
and additional debt which was caused by rising interest rates as well as from other criminal
acts or omissions of Mr. Papandreou is the product of crime and burdensome. (cf. my law

e) DRAFT LAW ON EMERGENCY MEASURES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE
MEDIUM TERM FISCAL STRATEGY FRAMEWORK FOR THE YEARS 2012 - 2015 ( The
Medium - term Plan)
that you are asked to vote, includes austerity measures which, if picked, will lead with
absolute mathematical precision in the collapse of the country. And you know very well this
thing, as similar measures have been implemented since the beginning of 2010 two more
times and the results were disastrous, as expected. For argument's sake, only the 2010
results of these measures were: the national income (GNI) declined by 5 billion, debt
increased by a memorandum (29.9 billion), there are 181,670 more people unemployed ,
Greece fell full ten positions in the Global Competitiveness Ranking, dramatically increased
abortions and suicides (2 people per day!), people die in hospitals because of shortages and
young people leave the country to find a better life elsewhere. Therefore these measures are a
sure way to destroy the country rather than one way to salvation, as Mr. Papandreou and his
team claimed.
And when I say "Mr. Papandreou," I am speaking about the same principal who knows very
well that, as he said, " If taxes are increased to the middle class, this will consequently
reduce purchasing power, deepen the recession and bring the vicious cycle of collapse. Our
commitment is NO new taxes on the low and middle class." (cf. law suit)
(Supplementary, take a look please at the report of the UN which says that austerity
measures implemented by Greece not only destroy the welfare state and employment but
they are endangering the very recovery for which are supposedly taken.

Wednesday night with no announcement of a new prime minister and no confirmation of the
imminent resignation of Prime Minister George Papandreou, the presidency said.
Talks will resume Thursday morning.

Thursday Jan 26, 2012 Papandreou returned on Wednesday from Costa Rica, where he
had been taking part in a Socialist International meeting, to find a party in disarray.
Development Minister Michalis Chrysochoidiss admission that he did not read Greeces loan

potential candidates for the party leadership and a rebellion by some PASOK MPs during a

12 of February and i went to Syntagma to protest against the vote of memorandum 2. All
protestors were desperate squawking against Troika, the members of the parliament and the
parties. Suddenly, and without provocative attitude from the protestors side the police forces
sprayed me and the other protestors with chemicals. It was awful, i could't breath, i was
crying for over 20 minutes and i could not explain why they sprayed us. We were just
protesting democratically without violence. This fact infuriated about 30 to 40 people of the
crowd who were wearing hoods and masks and they moved out of the crowd and started
vandalize stores and breaking marbles to use against the police forces. They were so different
from the crowd and they were also acting so different. The atmosphere became suffocating
and the only thing i could think was how to go home as soon as it was possible. I feel
betrayed by my own country that faces democratic citizens like me and many others that
were protesting peacefully like terrorists or common criminals.

PSI The Ministerial Council of the Hellenic
Republic today approved the terms of invitations to be made to private sector holders
outside the United States of bonds issued or guaranteed by the Republic and selected to
participate in the exchange offers and/or consent solicitations to be made by the Republic in
furtherance of the 26 October 2011 Euro Summit Statement and the 21 February 2012
Eurogroup Statement, referred to as the Private Sector Involvement. The bonds invited to
participate in PSI (listed by series in Annex I) have an aggregate outstanding face amount of
approximately Euro 206 billion.

Eurogroup statement 21.02.2012
the Eurogroup in this context welcomes the intention of the Greek authorities to introduce
over the next two months in the Greek legal framework a provision ensuring that priority is
granted to debt servicing payments. This provision will be introduced in the Greek
constitution as soon as possible.
The Eurogroup acknowledges the common understanding that has been reached between
the Greek authorities and the private sector on the general terms of the PSI exchange offer,
covering all private sector bondholders. This common understanding provides for a nominal
haircut amounting to 53.5%. A successful PSI operation is a necessary condition for a
successor programme.
The respective contributions from the private and the official sector should ensure that
Greece's public debt ratio is brought on a downward path reaching 120.5% of GDP by 2020.
On this basis, and provided policy conditionality under the programme is met on an ongoing
basis, the Eurogroup confirms that euro area Member States stand ready to provide, through
the EFSF and with the expectation that the IMF will make a significant contribution,
additional official programme of up to 130 bn euro until 2014. read more here

On April 09, 2010, in Athens, we filled a Criminal Fraud Charge Report, submitted to the
Attorney General of the Greek Supreme Court, Mr. Ioannis Tentes. The Report is claiming

The new law bill is proving to promote infanticide, as it leads couples with children to
slaughter, especially if the families are large, who will be called to pay three times as much
in relation to everyone else
By reducing the tax free threshold from 12000 to 8000 and now to 5000, each taxpayer will
be asked to formally pay 300 euros more than before, amounting to a total of 700 euros
more than last year.
If children are involved, the taxpayer will be called to pay three times as much, amounting to
two or three thousand euros extra!
Specifically, although it is difficult to believe that these terms will not change before the
enactment of the provisions introduced by the government, the tax free threshold for
families with 3 people is halved!
