With the pace of fast moving society full of fast food and fast life the capacity to fight against diseases is declining. It is necessary to strengthen your immune system in order to meet the challenges that our body encounters on a daily basis. Immunity is the power of the organism to resist infection and defense against infectious organisms and other invaders. A properly functioning immune system is equipped to deal with common illnesses, such as the common cold or influenza. It may also help prevent more serious illnesses like catching the swine flu H1N1 virus or cancer. To gain optimum health it is desirable to have a healthy routine of life with proper nutritious diet.
