HESTER had with S/EHLERS. EHLERS sat in the living room while RA and SA Williams interviewed R. HESTER in the kitchen. EHLERS could hear everything that was being said due to the fact that there was not a door separating the two rooms. 3. The interview began with RA asking R. HESTER about her relationship with S/EHLERS. HESTER stated that at first she liked S/EHLERS, however she has not ever called him "Dad". She stated that her brother, Samuel, called him "Dad" for a while but once S/EHLERS began picking on him S. HESTER stopped calling him "Dad". R. HESTER stated that S/EHLERS is not the perfect father figure, but S/EHLERS is ok. R. Hester stated that S/EHLERS always picks on them using techniques that be learned in the military such as pressure points and chokeholds. R. HESTER advised RA that she would tell S/EHLERS that it hurt and requested him to stop however- S/EHLERS refused to stop, when RA asked R. HESTER if S/EHLERS had ever tried to discipline her in anyway and R. HESTER stated that S/EHLERS tried one time but that she told S/EHLERS that he wasn't her father so he couldn't discipline her. R. HESTER stated that she is sure that someone did the things that V/SKOVRANKO stated happened to her because R. HESTER doesn't believe that a five-year-old little girl would know how to describe those things if it hadn't happened to her. R. HESTER went on to say that she doesn't think that S/EHLERS was the* one who did those things to her. When RA asked her why she just stated, that she didn't think he would do something like that.
