Pepperoni Calzones

2 large refrigerated pizza dough 1 large jar favorite marinara sauce or tomato-basil sauce 1 ½ C red bell peppers, diced 1 ½ - 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese 1 ½ C sliced pepperoni 1 egg, beaten parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 375. Cut out 6 7-inch circles from the dough. Spread each with tomatobasil sauce, spreading to within one inch of the edge. Sprinkle one half of each circle evenly with bell pepper, cheese and pepperoni. Fold each circle in half to cover filling and pinch edges to seal. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Brush with egg. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with extra tomato-basil sauce.
