1. Cut a rectangle 8 1/2 X 4 1/4 from the Poinsettias patterned paper, Tree Skirt patterned paper, and the Small Poinsettias patterned paper. 2. Punch a half circle from the top edge of the rectangle 2 1/2 from the right edge. 3. Fold the bag in half and machine stitch around the right and bottom edge. 4. Wrap a cream ribbon around each bag and knot. 5. On the Tree Skirt pocket mount the Seasons Greetings sticker from the Element Sticker sheet on the front of the pocket. 6. Punch a 2 snowflake shape from the Small Poinsettias patterned paper and mount on the pocket. 7. Use a paper piercer to poke a hole through the snowflake and add the black polka dot brad. 8. Punch a 2 circle from the Tree Skirt patterned paper and mount beneath the ribbon knot on the Poinsettias patterned paper. 9. Mount the snowman and jolly sticker on the Tree Skirt pocket. 10.Mount the NOEL sticker from the Alpha Sticker sheet on the Small Poinsettias pocket and mount the blue snowflake sticker and the 24 Eve label sticker on the pocket as well. 11. Fill each pocket with a glassine envelope. 12. Cut several 1/16 X 6 strips from the patterned papers and crimp. 13. Add crimped strips inside each envelope and add treats inside.
