Mr. Earl A. Morrison, Jr. 392 West Woodland Ferndale 20, Michigan RE: Dear Earl: I am enclosing a letter that I have received from David c. Pence, attorney for George Higgins. Under the circumstances, we do not have any alternative but to wait until Mr. Higgins is able to appear in Court. I would respectfully suggest that you bring this matter to the attention of your directors so that they will understand the reason for the delay. Please return Mr. Pence's letter to me when you are through with it. Very truly yours, () Woodland Park Improvement Association vs. Higgins

Dear Sir:
Mr. George Higgins is under my care at the present time. As he is convalescing from a coronary occlusion I am recOIIliDending that he take an indefinite leave of absence from his work. I do not think it would re advisable for him to be involved in any court work at this time.

Yours truly,
