INTRODUCTION:A restaurant is an establishment which prepares and serves food and drink to customers in return for money, either paid before the meal, after the meal, or with a running tab. Meals are generally served and eaten on premises, but many restaurants also offer take-out and food delivery services. Restaurants vary greatly in appearance and offerings, including a wide variety of the main chef's cuisines and service models.

Fast food: like McDonald's Fast food restaurants emphasize speed of service. Also known as a QSR or Quick Serve Restaurant. Operations range from small-scale street vendors with carts to franchise business mega-corporations like McDonald's. but may offer nondisposable plates and cutlery.

Fine dining: Fine dining restaurants are full service restaurants with specific dedicated meal courses .  4. Family style: Family style restaurants are a type of casual dining restaurants where food is often served on platters and the diners serve themselves  5. 3. Casual dining: A casual dining restaurant is a restaurant that serves moderately-priced food in a casual atmosphere.

Exterior was decorated with hanging olive bottles . Italian. bamboos and red brick.Menu: Lebanese. INTERIOR: All the furniture and premises is in three colours: red black and green. Playing stations and few table games were provided for children. Continental.

They separated the whole area into two parts: smoking (out door) and non smoking area (indoor). Total covered area by Restaurant was 20 Marlas. It accommodates maximum 120 people.B. Total dining area is 3300 sq feet. having a salad table and a bar area for drinks. in front of open air sitting.
