The nursing profession is of key importance in complex system of human relations. He/she is dealing with doctors supervisors instructors & coworkers. She/he is individual most intimately associated in today contacts with the patients so that upon her rest heavy responsibility for building and maintaining an association. She/ he sees more than her share of anxiety, hostility, sorrow, anger and fear- the raw edge of human emotions She will be called on to be a wise teacher and a good listener she should know that behavior is not always what it seems. We all learn from experiences, continuing education, reading, listening and observing only. We have to be present when things happen and we have to notice their happenings this process is known as experiential learning A catch capsule formula suggested by 2 psychologists Neal Miller and John Dollard. According to them in order to learn we Want something Motivation Notice something Attention Do something response Get something Reward If these rules are followed conscientiously the large reward will come at examination time you will be able to prepare for the finals properly by reviewing material. Which has been well learned in the parts, there will no need for the late hours, the countless cups of tea, weary and emotional state which makes many students “blow” under the tension of the test becoming confused and making careless mistake
