The purpose of this study was to identify the level of transformation leadership as practiced by school headmasters of sekolah kebangsaan in Batang Padang in four dimension. The dimension of transformation leadership studied in the research were charismatic, individualistic consideration, intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation. This was also done to identify any significant of relationship between teacher’s perceptions by sex, age, races and teaching experiences towards principal’s leadership. The instrument used to measure principal’s transformation leadership practiced was “Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire” (MLQ). The data was analyzed with descriptive of percentage, mean, frequency and one way ANOVA analyses, through the Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) version 18. Result from this study showed that transformation of leadership among headmaster of Sekolah Kebangsaan in Batang Padang was higher in every dimension (min=3.73). Therefore, higher transformation leadership indirectly beneficial in development and changing the school organization. The study also indicated that teachers’ perceptions by age, races, gender and teaching expetiences are not related significantly to principals’ transformation leadership practiced.
