Introduction A number of improvements have been implemented to reduce the number of display related field failure reports e.g. display adhesive to prevent that the LCD flex is being worn (see already relased technical bulletin). Other reports have indicated that disassembly and assembly of the phones solves a high percentage of the display issues. Details The assembly related root cause has been identified to the connection between the top flex and the main PWB. Reconnecting the top flex to the main PWB solves the display issue.
