This scene could be edited to be more shaky or blurry so that it reflects on the character’s emotional state and increase the intensity of the scene.
The movement of this scene is wild and almost out of control. This is shown through the blurry unfocused camera movement purposely because of how violent and relentless the zombie is. I wouldn’t improve this shot because it doesn’t require any further movement improvements. The only thing I would try to do I make everything blurred apart from what the zombie is after, which is its victim.
To make this shot more dramatic I could use a zooming effect to focus on the ‘yeah, its on…’ part of the writing on the computer and also include a quickly progressive swoosh sound which suddenly stops on the net scene so that it will leave the audience engage with the film more because they will think something is about to happen.
To improve the movement of this shot I would slow down the movement of the shot so the footsteps makes it seem like the zombie is struggling to walk. I think this is a good idea because it’ll make it clear that it is inhuman and will make the audience get nervous because they know already in the back of their heads this is not a normal person.
To make this shot have a better feel of fluency, I think a slow camera shake would work well because it would go well with the slow struggle of the zombies foot steps,
To improve this zombie scene I would consider using a camera shake effect again just so that the flow of the shots which features the zombie in them remains fluent.
The best way to improve the movement of this shot is to enhance it with a zoom in effect so that it will increase the dramatisation of the zombie reawakening.
