Hi Ajit It sound like an issue with the install. The recommended process for installing MX on Windows 7 is listed below.

1. Install on a profile with Full Administrator privileges. 2. Set User Access Control (UAC) to Never Notify on the machine. 3. Install Bentley Prerequisites and ensure that all have Green Ticks to confirm they installed correctly. 4. Restart the machine after install of the Prerequisites 5. Install the MX software and 6. Restart the machine after install of the MX. 7. Reset the UAC setting to original settings. 8. Boot into the Users profile and start MX the first time using the 'Run as Administrator" function in the right click menu of the desktop icon. You may need to do a clean install to get this to work correctly. Please follow the instruction as provided below Cleaning up a Bentley MX XM/ Bentley MX V8i installation Windows 7 32bit & 64bit 1.
