Total 64 employees. Divided them in 4 main groups and this main group is divided in 2 each sub groups.

Group A- Team of 10 Branch Managers divided into 2 equal groups of 5 members each. Group B- Team of 10 Additional Branch Managers divided into 2 equal groups 5 members each. Group C- Team of 22 Field officers divided into 2 groups of 11 members each. Group D- Team of 22 supporting staff divided into 2 equal groups of 11 members each. A1+B1+C1+D1= Slot 1. A2+B2+C2+D2= Slot 2. Each slot will get 3 days training in each quarter.

In the same pattern every quarter 2 month training section will be held. 1 month for one slot . Training will be done for 1 full day. Training programme will start from 10 am to 4 pm. Training will took place in the branch of SBI ..

Business Management Business Management trainee fee Rs. 1500/session. In a quarter trainee having 6 sessions. Therefore, 1500*6= Rs. 9000/ quarter. Hence, for 3 quarter trainee fee will be9000*3= Rs. 27000

Human resource management HRM trainee s fee is Rs.3500 / session. Therefore, the charge for each quarter will be3500* 6= Rs. 21000 Hence, the charge for 3 quarter will be21000*3= Rs. 63000

Customer relationship management CRM trainees fee is Rs. 2500 / session. Therefore, the charge for each quarter will be2500*6= Rs. 15000 Hence, the charge for 3 quarter will be15000* 3= Rs. 45000

Outdoor session
In each session 32employees & 3 trainers will be thereTotal =32+3=35. Per plate of lunch will cost Rs.100. Therefore , for 35 people cost of lunch is to be 35*100= Rs.3500/ session. Additional cost 0f Rs.1000 for breakfast & tea on every session. Total = 3500+1000= Rs. 4500 Hence, expenses for the quarter will be4500*6= RS. 27000 Hence, expenses for the 3 quarter will beRs. 27000*3= Rs.81000
