Tips 1-5
1. Do not write in ALL CAPITALS - Can be highly distracting and may result in no reply. 2. Be concise and to the point - Do not make email longer than it should be, could be very discouraging. 3. Dont reply to spam - Replying to spam assures that your email address is live, confirming that this will generate more spam. 4. Use cc: field sparingly - Try not to use the cc: field unless the recipient in the cc: field knows why they are receiving a copy of the message, as it can get confusing. 5. Avoid using urgent and important - Only use if the email is really, really important.

Proof before you send - Helps you check for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. 8. Respect others privacy - If the recipients are unacquainted and you don't want to divulge all of the addresses to all recipients, use the "BCC," or blind carbon copy function
