The objective of the Meet is to understand and enhance the quality of education required to groom the current and future students through our Professional Programs. Also further the proceedings of the Meet will help us to update our syllabi as per the feedback and suggestions of the Corporate. Industry interaction has become the prime source for the students of professional education as it aims at delivering quality education & preparing Industry – Ready Professionals. Constant industry interaction is helpful in grooming the students.

The agenda of the Meet is: What has been your overall assessment of the performance of young MBA/ PGDM graduates recruited in your organization? How much time/ effort do you spend to provide them in-house training? Can this be reduced if we take a part of this effort? Is there a scope for some kind of exchange program wherein working executives and teachers switch jobs temporarily for a few days/ weeks? Is your organization interested in instituting a fellowship program/ Chair specifically dealing in

academic research as a part of your CSR agenda? The meet will be attended by the senior professionals from the corporate and the institute. The programme is divided into two technical sessions. Morning Session would talk about Management and the second about Information Technology. Overall the session would highlight the employability structure with the Corporate and the skills required by the students as per their requirements. Looking forward for a constructive & positive outcome from the event, this would be incorporated from both the ends.
