Mini-PB Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:  Peanut butter cookie mix  3 tbsp vegetable oil  1 egg  Mini-cupcake tins & cups/wrappers  Reese’s peanut butter cups

1. Preset oven to 375°. 2. Mix cookie mix according to back of package. 3. Roll dough into balls (about a 1-in size?) into lined mini-cupcake tin. 4. Bake for about 9 minutes. During this time, unwrap Reese’s PB cups and set aside. If you want, you can cool the Reese’s in the fridge/freezer to keep them from melting when you put them in the cookies. Cookies are done when toothpick comes out clean. Cookies will still be soft. 5. Take tin out and immediately poke the Reese’s into the center of the cookies while they are still soft. 6. Chocolate may be melty so you can put them in the fridge/freezer to set them.
