Help in designing, building and implementing PMOs for projects, programs and po rtfolios.

Manage PMOs of various sizes, including remote or shared PMOs. Create Integrated Program Plans Develop/ Tailor Project Management Methodology as per client landscape Work with client stakeholders and vendors to assess Program/ Portfolio Risks Drive all Program/ Portfolio participants including Service Providers, business stakeholders, and program teams to ensure the strategic objectives of Program ar e met Lead PMO for large multi-site, multi-vendor, IT migration/ transformation progra ms. Work with Senior executives in client organization to define strategic objective s of transformation Manage organization change in client organizations Lead or manage Projects/ Programs as a PM when needed. Interact with business stakeholders, project teams, and multiple sourcing vendor s to assess and control program/ portfolio status Lead Project Coordinator teams to ensure timely reporting, communications and es calations. Recommend and deliver project management methodology artifacts, as needed by cli ents. Deliver Program/ Portfolio dashboard reporting Travel to onsite locations to monitor project/ program progress. Help design and implement PMO tools in support of the PMO activities.
