RESHMI PANEER TIKKA : 25-300 gms paneer cut into square pieces 1 shimla mirch 1 pyaj 1 tamatar into square pieces without daane cup dahi tied into dupatta : without water 2 tbs besan bhuna hua tbs adrak lehsun paste Namak , kala namak,chaat masala + chutki bhar ajwain +kasuri methi /sookha pudhina chutki bhar 1-2 tbs sarso or refined oil Orange red colour PROCEDURE: Besan and baaki samgri ko mix kar lo and put it in fridge for 1 hr also put the vegetables in it so that they soak it (paneer mei chote chote ched kar ke put them in the batter Use satey sticks and put all sabjis in it one by one Pyaj tamatar-shimla paneer and then tamatar etc Put these sticks in the tawa (micro tawa) Press convection and increase the temp to 200deg and time 10-12 min Serve it with kachumar (Patta gobhi grated+gajar+pyaj+tamatar+Shimla mirch+namak+nimbu) And green chutney

cup gehu aata (sabse jayada) 2 tbs besan 2 tbs barik rawa (sooji) 2 tbs jau ka aata (optional) Adrak lehsun paste Pisa garam masala Chat masala Khada dhaniya Jeera and sauf Namak Methi or kasuri methi 1 tbs Chopped gajar + patta gobhi+ hara dhaniya+ hari mirch Chutki bhar soda 2 tbs dahi 2 tbs oil Water PROCEDURE : With the help of water and dahi aata + besan + rawa goond lo. Usm sab choti barik kati sabji bhi daal do (Chaho to patta gobhi+ gajar ko u can steam ) Then mixed aate ke cylindrical shape ke bana ke put them in plastic container and dhak ke 2-3 min micro BAGHAAR : 2 tbs oil / heeng / raai / tilli kadhi patta / lambi kati hari mirch / Let the raai and tilli crackle and muthiya into it and toss according to your taste
