INGREDIENTS

1 medium onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons oil 1 big tomato, peeled, and sliced 1 green bell pepper, chopped 2 pounds fresh spinach, chopped, 1 medium bell pepper White pepper / 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 3 medium potatoes peeled splitted in 12 Black pepper teaspoon 2 stick of celery Chili pepper 6 garlic clove minced Salt Leek Shrimp 2 Maggi cube. kg of meat

PREPARATION
1-Cook the potatoes Put the potatoes into a plastic and put in microwave for 8 min

2- Cook spinach stew

Boil meat with 1 cup of water, salt, bell pepper, 1 stick celery,
Italian seasoning. In a heavy skillet or stew pot, saute onions in moderately hot oil until golden

Stir in tomatoes and green bell pepper, 1 stick celery, leek for 10
min Add black pepper and white pepper with meat without juice. boil water and put the vegetables in it for 5 minutes just to soften, put in to drain poissoire Add salt and 2 maggi cube Add your spinach and let for simmer for 10 min
