She was just quiet and tame. her supervisor oriented her on the things she that she should remember while she was in the company. After an hour. she was conscious because it was a new environment for her. Lianny answered phone calls and then she was ask by Ms. Her bosses helped her to feel comfortable with the working place.Part II Narration of Experience April 16. Ms. She was tense because she will be faxing alone. she photocopied a file.Mr. It was not hard for her to file because Ms. Mr. Lastly. the trainee was getting relaxed and she was feeling comfortable with the working environment. After she photocopied a document. Ms. Mr. . 2008. On the next day April 18. she made it. she was confident enough to use the copier. Unlike with the fax machine. Ludy Valle asked her to bring important files to other department. Derick Nieves taught her how to record the data of the materials that the supplier had been delivered. She should be polite and observed the proper manner in answering calls. The document was sent to its recipient. Jun Benito taught her how to use the copier. However. Moreover. On April 21. even though she faxed it by herself. She was glad and amaze about herself because she was learning how to use different machines that is essential for the work. After that. for the whole afternoon she was just answering phone calls. she went to the filing room to file the documents. since the trainee was in purchasing/supply section. After a moment. Moreover. Since Lianny was already oriented on how to use the fax machine. Emily Cosico was the one who taught Lianny how to use the fax machine. Bong Arjona gave her a purchase order document to fax. her boss gave her few documents for filing. 2008.

Sometimes the trainee was having a hard time finding the part number of an item because of its small font. It was thick but she finished it just on time. Bong Arjona asked her to shred some confidential papers. she was answering calls again. 2008. she photocopied some files and brought it to logistics for signing. again she photocopied some files of her boss. Bong Arjona was the one who checked it if the construction of words and ideas were correct or not. She thought it was difficult to operate but she was definitely wrong. In the afternoon. After that. 2008. When the report was done. Afterwards her boss taught her to compute the inventory. That was it and for the rest of the time. She enjoyed using the machine. Nothing new again.. She faxed a file. Then she answered phone calls. she just watched and observed the paper works of her boss. After that. She just photocopied some documents. the trainee faxed a purchase order document. Bong Arjona asked the trainee to check if the standard quotation of the price were same as with the quotation last Feb. 2008 was a boring day for the trainee. the trainee did nothing new. May 20.On the following day May 13. she answered phone calls. Afterwards she used the copier to photocopy a file of her boss. 2008. On May 21. 2008. She filed some important documents again. She was lucky because her bosses were very nice to her and taught her many things that cannot be taught in school. May 23. the trainee continued to check the quotation. Before she left. Lianny thought that it was easy to print. This was the last day of on-the-job training. After it was done. 2008. she was the one who answered it. When it had been re-checked. At first she did not understand what to do. her boss asked her to print the standard quotation. her Ref Purchasing family gave her a remembrance that made her feel special. Arjona asked Lianny to compute if the total of the adjusted price was the same as with the new price. Mr. Part III Conclusion . She gained knowledge about the work of a purchaser. It is important to know how to use these kinds of machines because it is essential for the work. you actually experienced the things that your trainers taught to you. Xerox machine. It is important that one team should have camaraderie so that they can work well and attain their goal.

You should be the one who take the initiative that you want to learn. so that everything will turn all right. they should ask for help. Trainees should always observe the proper attitude while working because your attitude will also affect the work of you co-employees.
