Nguyn liu:

1 qu trng g 2 lng trng 125g ng 5g vanilla 400ml sa ti khng ng 150ml whipping cream 5g bt bp. II. Quy trnh: un nh hn hp sa ti+whipping cream+ng, khi thy hn hp c bt kh nh thnh ni th cho bt bp vo. nh trng nh khng to bt. ngui hn hp sa trn, cho t t vo hn hp trng nh. Cho vo my quay kem sau khi b sung hng tng hp vanilla. Cm quan: Kem c v bo, ngt, hng vani, mu trng, thm nh mi trng.
