3 Training course
Organizer: Seiklejate Vennaskond, Estonia Venue: Otepää, South-Estonia Applying: 1. November 2010 Project duration: 9 days (April – May 2011) Project summary: Training course is aimed at youth workers and youth leaders directly working with young people and responsible for sharing information to different target groups. The main topic of training course is to learn how to analyze needs of different target groups, how to provide them information and motivate them; how to make information more attractive and how to improve one’s public speaking skills. All this is done in the framework of non-formal learning in multicultural environment. The training course will end with practical exercise were participants can put their learned skills into practice. Partner countries: 27 EU members + Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland Participants: 2 per country (1+1), total 16-18. Participant profiles:       Actively involved in youth field Providing information to target groups or plan to do it (youth, youth with less opportunities, youth organizations, government officials etc) Motivated to fully participate in this training course Don’t have much experience with Youth in Action programme Will carry out future activities on local level to inform target groups about YiA programme and it’s opportunities after the TC Want to develop future cooperation projects in the framework of YiA
