Franke College of Business An act to allocate up to $1,450.00 from ASNAU Budget Line 151 for Shari Miller for her attendance at the University Student Legal Services Association Conference over winter break in Los Angeles, California. Whereas: $800.00 would pay for the conference registration and lodging fees from Wednesday, January 4th, 2012 to Sunday, January 8th, 2012. Whereas: $500.00 would go towards the travel expenses for Sharis travel in her personal vehicle (approximately 1,000 mile round trip). Whereas: $150.00 would go towards Sharis meals for Thursday, Friday and Saturday lunch and dinner (based on per-diem costs). Whereas: Sharis attendance at this conference would benefit the students of Northern Arizona University. She would learn more about issues that are pertinent in her profession as a student legal advisor. Be it enacted by the Associated Students of Northern Arizona University that: The amount of up to $1,450.00 allocated from the ASNAU budget line 151 to Shari Miller and this funding will be used for her conference registration, lodging, travel expenses, and certain meals.
