The Indianapolis Chess Club annual business meeting was held on Saturday, DeceITber 11, 1976. Deuser Secreta~J- Lewie-Bbb Deuser Editor- Kenneth Hoffmeyer A resolution appointing Gary Deuser, Steve Barnhill and Keith Rouse to a committee to study the possiblity of leasing a house on 38th Street, owned by IUPUI , for the new club location, was passed. {It is now known that said house is not avilible} A resolution giving the board of directors the authority to revise the club's constitution as needed to meet IRS standards for non-profit organizations , subject to membership approval, was passed. ************~\jEW CLUB IvlEETINGSITE***************************** Beginning sat:_~day, Janu,lry 221 1'}77 the club will meet at our new permanent location, ,UNION BUILDING, IU-PU-I 1300 West !1icpigan street, Indianapolis, Indiana. -We will be meeting in either the Harrison or the adj6inning Porter room. ';,'l'club was closed on S3.turday, January 8, 1977.
