The Challenge BW and MAP (Merchandise Assortment and Planning) Integration for multiple planning scenarios. POS (Point of sale) interface design for receipt level bill analysis. Design of OTB (Open to Buy) @ Retail based on variable stock cover Formulation of common set of KPIs and finalization of analytics requirements for diverse merchandise categories covering Apparel, Grocery, FMCG, Consumer Electronics and Private Labels etc Retail Specific Vendor Evaluation based on typical KPIs viz. Line Fill and Case Fill Rates. Reporting the complete Purchase Stock Sales flow and Reconciliation with purchase and sales tax registers.
