Janis,
Great to hear from you. Our Science Night was a huge hit. Hundreds of people. Over 30 exhibitors with science
information and demonstrations to wow kids in the world of science. | attached a picture of a partnership we have with
Children’s Hospital to bring out a mobile science lab. Kids were testing DNA. This was not parc of Science Night but
another opportunity to engage kids ins real world experiences. Also attached my hands on experience with snakes.
| talked over the opportunity with my family and then with everything else going on. life... I just haven't followed up. |
assume information is on the website? When does it close?
Let me know what | can do to help.
Happy New Year!

Chris,
How did the science exhibition go? | had it on my calendar, but didn't find myself in the area during the time. | loved
meeting your science teacher, though. He seemed so passionate!''m e-mailing to touch base and hear how things are going. We've made great progress over the last several months and
officially announced our launch into the region! As we gear up to induct our first corps, | want to make sure we keep you
involved. | said this when we met, but ll say it again — the strength of our organization is contingent upon the
‘engagement of our alum. That is especially true for our schoo! leaders and | couldn't be more sincere when | say that to
you, Chris.
‘AS you would expect, we've formally launched our executive director search and I'm bummed you haven't applied! I'm
sure you made the decision based off of what's best for you and your family. If you'e stil considering, though, and have
questions, let me know. Regardless, I'd love to keep in touch,
Best,
Janis
