To, 1. The Commissioner of Police, Mumbai. 2. The Chief Wild Life Warden of Maharashtra, Mumbai.

Subject: Complaint against Organizers along with Shri Narender Modi, CM, Gujrat for the violation of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. Greetings, Kindly refer to the Punjab Kesri daily news paper photographs published today:

In this picture Shri Narender Modi, Chief Minister of Gujrat wearing north east traditional cap with hornbill beak / trophy, which is banned in India and violation of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972. It would be pertinent to mention here that another one person also wearing hornbill beak and feathers cap. Hence the UN affiliated OIPA in India demands strict legal action against all offenders after recovering the scheduled bird’s hornbill’s trophies, beaks and feathers. Sincerely yours,

Naresh Kadyan, Rep. of OIPA – www.oipa.org in India, C-38, Rose Apartments, Prashant Vihar, sector-14, Rohini, DELHI – 110085.
