Prudhoe Community High School in Northumberland has won £2,000 to set up a community radio station, in a British Telecom competition supported by 'Capital Disney' and 'Century FM' to inspire teachers and pupils to become more involved in their communities. The students will now work on market research, planning, production, marketing, sales and finance to make their station successful. The school was chosen from more than 940 entries across the country.
