Bonnie & David We probably need to pull together some info for the Corp about where we have potential leases and which have been permitted on both public and private property. I don't think we have anything that will impact them at this time, but they would probably appreciate a map. theresa -----Original Message----From: Morris, Robert P Jr SWF [mailto:Robert.P.Morris.LTC@usace.army.mil] Sent: Friday, February 18, 2011 10:36 AM To: O'Donnell, Theresa Cc: MacAllister, Tim L SWF; Morris, Robert P Jr SWF Subject: Gas Drilling Operations within 3000' of Corps Dams (UNCLASSIFIED) Classification: UNCLASSIFIED Caveats: NONE Theresa, Left you a voicemail a few minutes ago ... We are working with the City of Grand Prairie to delay permitting on gas drilling within 3000 feet of Corps of Engineer dams, particularly when the drilling and fracking goes under our dams and lakes. We have asked Grand Prairie to give us some a few months to evaluate the potential impacts, if any, on our structures, keeping public safety in mind. To be consistent, I'm checking with you to see if the City of Dallas has any similar operations permitted or in the planning stages that we need to consider as well. I can be reached at 817.886.1516. Many thanks!
