standing long jump-measures the strength and power of the legs 2. Sit and Reach- measures the flexibility of the lower back and the hamstring muscle 3. Curl ups or sit up- measures the strength and endurance of the abdominal part 4. pull ups(for men) flexed arm hang (for women)- measures the strenght and endurance of the arms and shoulders 5. push up- measures the strength of the arms 6. 1000 meter run- measures the cardio respiratory strength and endurance 7. 50 meter sprint- measures the speed 8. shuttle run- measures the agility and coordination
