Daily duties:

Provide technical support and customer service to customers and provide a path to resolving inquiries Demonstrate a high level of customer service Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners.

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English Excellent communication skills HS Diploma or equivalent Excellent Customer Service skills Passion for customer care Knowledge of computers
