Admission to Dual Degree BS-MS Programme Call for counseling for KVPY / IIT JEE 2012 applicants

With reference to your application for admission to 5-year dual BS-MS program, you are requested to appear for counseling on June 30, 2012 at 9 AM in IISER Pune You can get the address and contact details from the website of IISER. A non-refundable counseling fee of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST), payable in cash, will be charged at the time of counseling. In order to verify your identity, you must bring: (1) Photo ID Proof (Original + Photocopy) (e.g. voter id card, KVPY / IIT JEE admit card etc.) (2) Date of Birth Proof (Original + Photocopy) (3) KVPY / IIT JEE Admit Card and Certificate (Original + Photocopy) (4) KVPY Certificate (Original + Photocopy) (only for KVPY stream applicants) (5) Admit Card /Mark sheet of Class XII (Original + Photocopy) (6) Category Certificate (if applicable) (Original + Photocopy) (7) Application Form (Original) (8) Bank Deposit Slip (Original) (9) This Call Letter (Original) On failing to establish the authenticity of any of the above documents, the candidate will not be considered for admission. Candidates who wish to be considered in the OBC-non-creamy and OBC-non-creamyminority category must bring with them a certificate from appropriate authority issued on or after April 1, 2012. Originals of item numbers 7 to 9 and photocopies of item number 1 to 6 will be retained by the IISER. After verification of your identity & certificates is completed, you may meet faculty of IISER. After discussion, if you desire, you may change your order of preference of IISER for admission. Names of successful candidates will be put up on the admission website www.iiser-admissions.in within a day or two. Please note that allotment is final and cannot be changed later. Successful candidates will be able to download their offer letters from the website. No reimbursement towards travel or boarding and lodging expenses will be provided by IISER.
