flour 250 gram (maida) Baking powder 2 teaspoon Vanilla essence (few drops half teaspoon) Preheat the oven at 250 degree for about 30-45 minutes. Put the eggs in bowl and Beat the eggs with electric mixer until the mixture upper layer becomes foam and bottom layer is watery. Put the sugar and butter and mix them with spoon then mix the butter and sugar with electric mixer. Put the butter mixture into the egg bowl a little then mix with electric mixer. Repeat this step three times then add baking powder and mix it and then slowly add plain flour and mix it with mixer then add vanilla essence and mix it well until the texture becomes smooth. Pour all the batter into a tray and put it in oven and slow the temperature of oven to 200 degree. When the batter in the tray becomes 1 inch rise then slow the temperature to 150 degree. Then when the cake becomes brown take it out from the oven do not off the oven let it remain on as it was and let it remain cool on room temperature for 5 minutes and then take out the cake out and cut it into pieces as desired like cake rusk and then put that cake pieces again into the tray and then put the tray into the oven and increase the temperature to 250 degree then let the cake into oven for 10-15 min and watch between the time if it becomes golden brown from top then take it off from the oven and cool it at room temperature. Cake rusk is ready!
