 Asthma- is a chronic respiratory condition characterized by repeated episodes of difficulty in breathing Cystic Fibrosis- inherited disease charactered by chronic respiratory & digestive problems

 A sudden alteration of consciousness usually accompanied by motor activity and/or sensory phenomena caused by an abnormal discharged of electrical energy in the brain

Generalized- a seizure involving a large part of the brain Partial- a seizure beginning in a localized area involving only a small part of the brain Tonic/Clonic- loss of consciousness (usually 2 to 5 mins) followed by clonic(jerking & shaking rapidly) contractions of the muscles of the limbs, trunk & head; also called grand mal seizure Absence Seizure- loss of consciousness for a bried period (usually up to 30 sec) but does not show convulsive movements; also known as petit mal seizure

 A fatal virus-causes illness in a breakdown of the immune system leaving the individual vulnerable to chronic & ultimately fatal infections from a wide variety of microbes.

 Technology dependent health conditions:
 Tube feeding, intravenous feeding, catheterization & colostomy, oxygen dependent children
