Excel Regular Shorcut Keys :

1) Ctrl + Arrow Keys  = To move between the data 2) Ctrl Shift Arrow Keys = To select the data 3) Ctrl + A   = Select all data

4) Ctrl + B   = Bold 5) Ctrl + I   = Italic 6) Ctrl + U  = Underline

7) Shift  Space  = To Select entire Row 8) Ctrl    Space  = To Select entire Col

9) Ctrl Shift +  = To insert Row or Col     (First select Row or Col)

10) Ctrl  -   = To delete Row or Col     (First select Row or Col)

11) Ctrl  9   = To Hide the Row --  (First select the Row)

12) Ctrl Shift 9  = To Unhide the Row

22) Ctrl Pgdown  = To select Next Sheet 23) Ctrl Pgup  = To select Previous Sheet

24) Shift + F2  = To insert the Comment 25) Shift + F11  = To insert New Sheet 26) Alt H D S  = To delete Active Sheet

27) Alt D S  = Data Sorting 28) Ctrl Shift L  = Filtering
