Summer Squash Casserole

6 c. squash pieces 1 c. carrots, sliced Onion to taste, chopped Salt to taste 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cheese, grated 1 pkg. Stove Top 1 sq. margarine, melted Boil squash and carrots, onion and salt. (Add carrots close to the end so they’re not mush. Drain. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese together. Add squash. Mix margarine and Stove Top. Place ½ stuffing in casserole dish. Add squash. Top with remaining Stove Top. We prefer to actually make the stove Top and place on top. Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes
