I write you today to ask for your assistance in investigating the business practices of the above named company, Getty Images, and their legal counsel, McCormack Intellectual Property Law. It is my contention that these two firms are using copyright laws, as a business plan, to extort money from small businesses. I would be happy to take you through the details of my companys case with these firms if you so desire and at your convenience. Whats more important is that you understand that this is not an isolated incident. I would like to point you to a number of internet web sites that support my allegations so that you may familiarize yourself with the matter: 1. http://www.extortionletterinfo.com 2. http://www.stopgettyimages.com 3. http://dietrolldie.com As these sites will attest, this is not a one off offense. This is a coordinated business plan that drains the time and resources of myriad small businesses across the world. We cannot solve these problems in other countries, but I am asking you to look into what can be done either to our copyright laws or our legal system to prevent this practice that has come to be known as Copyright Trolling. I thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely,

McCormack Intellectual Property Law 617 Lee Street Seattle, WA 98109 1-206-381-8888
