RESOLUTION NO. 4 SERIES OF 2012

A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1, SERIES OF 2012 OF THE LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD IN THE AMOUNT OF TWELVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SIXTY ONE THOUSAND TWENTY TWO PESOS & 98/100 (Php12,661,022.98) WHEREAS, presented to the body is the proposed LSB Supplemental Budget No. 1, Series of 2012 with a total amount of TWELVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SIXTY ONE THOUSAND TWENTY TWO PESOS & 98/100 (Php12,661,022.98), source of fund was based on the certification issued by City Accountant, Winona J. Avenido, dated 13 February 2012, re: Cash Available for Supplemental Appropriation under the Special Education Fund;
