PERMAINAN MOTIVASI LILIN Format : Berkelompok / Beregu Waktu : 20 - 30 menit Tempat : Diluar ruangan atau di lapangan terbuka Materi

: Lilin kecil, lilin besar dan korek api Peserta : 10 - 50 orang DESKRIPSI Setiap peserta dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok. Satu kelompok terdiri dari 5 sampai 10 orang, tergantung dari banyaknya peserta secara keseluruhan.Setiap peserta dalam satu kelompok diminta untuk membawa lilin kecil dalam keadaan menyala, untuk menyulut lilin besar yang ada digaris finish, untuk lilin tetap menyala dibutuhkan kerjasama tim. Kelompok yang terlebih dahulu menyalakan lilin besar digaris finish, dialah yang menjadi pemenang. TUJUAN Kerja sama tim dan kekompakan dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan, agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. PROSEDUR Trainer membagi semua peserta menjadi beberapa kelompok. Satu kelompok terdiri dari 5 sampai 10 orang peserta. Masing-masing ketua kelompok memegang lilin kecil digaris star, sementara anggota yang lain menutupi dengan tangan atau tubuhnya, agar lilin tidak padam. Sambil menunggu aba-aba dari trainer, anggota yang lain menyusun strategi untuk menjagai lilin kecil agar tidak padam dalam perjalanan menuju garis finish.Kelompok yang lebih dahulu sampai digaris finish dan lebih dahulu menyalakan lilin besar, dialah yang menjadi pemenang.Permainan ini disarankan dilakukan ditengah lapangan atau dipinggir pantai dimana banyak angin yang membuat peserta kesulitan untuk membawa lilin tetap menyala, karena disini dibutuhkan kerja sama tim , kekompakan dan sekaligus strategi dalam menjaga lilin tersebut. (Sebaiknya lilin kecil yang digunakan baru atau sumbunya dipendekkan). PEMBAHASAN Permainan ini mengajak semua peserta untuk saling menghargai dan kerja sama tim.Pesan moralnya setiap pekerjaan apabila dikerjakan secara tim, hasil yang kecil lama kelamaan apabila dikerjakan bersama akan menghasilkan sesuatu yang besar. permainan 6-10 islami Nama Permainan: Yang Ingin Aku Ketahui Sasaran:  Santri usia 6-9 tahun  Waktu: 10 menit Tujuan:  Melatih kecepatan mengajukan pertanyaan tentang Al Qur’an Bahan-bahan:  Kartu B3Q  Pencatat waktu 1
